Job Description
The Technical Support Analyst II will work as part of the HOPCo CNS IT team to provide technical support within the Connecticut area. This work will include both help desk phone support and on-site hands-on support. Tasks will include PC support, interactions with third-party service providers and software/hardware vendors, troubleshooting technical issues, installation of hardware, software, cabling, and other related duties. Technical Support Analyst will work within an IT ticketing system to enter, track, update, and communicate progress on all requested work items.
