Job Description

The Desktop Support Engineer II will provide technical support to designated locations via help desk phone support and on-site hands-on support. Tasks will include PC support, interactions with third-party service providers and software/hardware vendors, troubleshooting technical issues, installation of hardware, software, cabling, and other related duties. The Desktop Support Engineer II will work within an IT ticketing system to enter, track, update, and communicate progress on all requested work items.
