Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
· Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
· Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Exercise independent judgment in determining sourcing approaches, candidate evaluation methods, and recruitment plans.
· Consult with hiring managers regarding labor market conditions, compensation competitiveness, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
· Assess organizational hiring needs and provide recommendations regarding talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and succession considerations.
Candidate Assessment & Selection
· Conduct candidate screenings, behavioral interviews, and talent assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and organizational fit.
· Independently evaluate candidate experience, skills, and potential to make informed hiring recommendations.
· Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide objective assessments regarding candidate strengths, risks, and overall fit.
· Guide hiring teams through candidate selection decisions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
· Negotiate employment offers and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Partnership & Consultation
· Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and hiring managers regarding talent acquisition practices and employment market trends.
· Influence hiring decisions by providing data-driven recommendations and talent market insights.
· Collaborate with Human Resources and business leadership to address staffing challenges and develop proactive recruiting solutions.
· Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, educational institutions, and community organizations to support talent pipelines.
Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement
· Analyze recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Recommend and implement enhancements to recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience initiatives.
· Monitor compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and recruitment standards.
· Participate in talent acquisition projects, process redesign efforts, employer branding initiatives, and workforce planning activities.
Reporting & Analytics
· Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring outcomes.
· Utilize data and market intelligence to make recommendations regarding recruiting strategies and workforce initiatives.
· Provide leadership with regular updates and insights regarding talent acquisition performance and hiring trends.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
· Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
· Demonstrated experience independently managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws, interviewing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
· Experience partnering directly with business leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
· Proven ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when evaluating candidates and making recruitment recommendations.
· Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and sourcing platforms.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple functional areas and organizational levels preferred.
· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
