- This position typically starts at $20.00 per hour and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full‑time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in full, clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a heads‑up, ready‑to‑serve attitude. Keeps personal phones “backstage” in non‑guest areas.
Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Deliver memorable, personalized service to every guest and take pride in all tasks.

- Provide best‑in‑class hospitality before, during, and after each guest visit.
- Accurately complete all guest accounting, billing, cash‑handling, and reservation functions.
- Follow established procedures for record keeping, room assignments, baggage handling, valet, and related duties.
- Maintain strong communication with supervisors, reporting issues promptly for corrective action.
- Ensure a safe, secure environment for both guests and employees.
Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.
- Resolve guest concerns through effective service recovery and empowered decision‑making.
- Supervise front office and service staff, ensuring proper staffing, policy compliance, and professional appearance.
- Handle guest check‑ins, check‑outs, special requests, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and services.
- Support hotel leadership by monitoring operations, addressing problems, assisting in emergencies, and helping maximize occupancy and revenue.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must pass background check.
Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
Knowledgeable in data entry, read and interpret output from a computer
Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.
Ability to use a computer.
Must possess the ability to deal with a variety of people.
Must possess the mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Must possess a polished, impeccable appearance and a professional demeanor.
Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
Must be detail oriented.
Guest service experience required.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
- Superior customer service skills required.
- Experience in data entry and in dealing with the public is required.
- Prior experience within the hospitality or related industry is preferred.
- Computer usage skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office 97, Outlook, Excel, and LMS system knowledge is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and are necessary.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to stand for eight hours.
