Job Description
Purpose of the Job
In this role, the Production Executive is responsible for purchasing of standard articles in the required quality and time frame. We need our Production Executive to be technically skilled, organized and attentive to detail (to operate and master our ERP system), good communicators and team players working closely with our account / roll-out managers, logistic managers, suppliers and installation teams.
This role will operate on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / supplier site(s) and home.

Key Responsibilities
Production management – creates purchase orders (POs) in our ERP system
Supplier Management – sends POs to suppliers, clarifies and confirms delivery lead-time with suppliers, organizes transport from supplier to our warehouse etc
ERP system – creates articles’ structure in our ERP system, ensuring that all technical documentation is attached
Communication - key contact for our suppliers, provides clear and timely solution-oriented communication to suppliers and internal team members
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Technical education (furniture, mechanical, civil engineering, architecture) or at least some experiences in production area (ideally in retail fixtures manufacturing or related industry) is an advantage
Technical drawings knowledge preferred (at least basic)
Basic knowledge of materials and production technologies in joinery, metal works, plastics, print, glass works, etc. is preferred
Organizational and planning abilities in combination with time management skills
Willingness to work on a fixed‑term contract for a period of up to 3 years as this is a maternity cover contract
Stress resistant and able to focus under time pressure
Communication skills for both personal and written interaction with suppliers and internal teams.
Advanced level of MS Office (MS Excel is a must)
Experiences with some ERP systems is welcomed
Languages:
English – middle level required for daily written and verbal communication with our internal teams
Czech – advanced for daily communication with our suppliers
Another language is an advantage
