YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...
- Proven experience in premium or fashion retail, ideally in a performance-focused environment.
- Strong sales mindset and ability to meet and exceed targets (leadership experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with clienteling or CRM tools.
- A customer-first approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the country you want to work in.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, team spirit, and high integrity.
