Job Description
The Desktop Support Engineer will work as part of the HOPCo CNS Service Desk team to provide technical support to any of the assigned 30+ HOPCo clinical sites. This work will include both help desk phone support and on-site hands-on support, where permitted. Tasks will include PC support, interactions with third-party service providers and software/hardware vendors, troubleshooting technical issues, installation of hardware, software, cabling, and other related duties. The Desktop Support Engineer will work within an IT ticketing system to enter, track, update, and communicate progress on all requested work items.
