Job Purpose

Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs for satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Act as the primary contact, identifying opportunities, addressing concerns, and collaborating on strategic initiatives to maximize mutual value.

Functional Responsibilities

Customer Development:

  • Execute the comprehensive Customer Development Plan across all functions.
  • Implement customized Sales and Marketing strategies for each key account.
  • Achieve sales targets across all product lines.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Monitor market trends and translate insights into innovative business strategies.
  • Collect and analyze market information to inform decision-making.

Customer Support and Training:

  • Provide ongoing support to customers by introducing new mechanisms and best practices.
  • Conduct on-site training sessions for all stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and usage.

Commercial Operations:

  • Develop and manage tailored commercial offers for key accounts.
  • Continuously monitor inventory levels and report on overstock issues.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on dues and collections.

Distributor Relations:

  • Generate accurate forecasts for each distributor and product line.
  • Maintain regular communication and visits with distributor stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Logistics and Store Maintenance:

  • Oversee the delivery of shipments to customer storage locations.
  • Ensure visibility in customers’ stores, recommending collateral installations and maintenance as needed.

Sales Support and Documentation:

  • Collaborate with the sales support team to drive demand and increase sales.
  • Validate the accuracy of commercial documentation for customers.
  • Update customer records to reflect current information.

General Responsibilities

HR Proficiency:

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Qualification

Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or Business Management
