Analyze and maintain processes, procedures and requirementsManage multiple work tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and executing against deliverablesMaintain individual Key Performance targetsFollow instructions and established guidelines assigned by your managerWhat you’ll bring:2+ years’ experience helping customers implement integration services and solutions in a SOA architecture environmentStrong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML)Experience with REST APIs and web technologies (HTTP, JSON)Experience with User Provisioning and AuthenticationExperience importing and extracting data from relational databases and performing complex data mapping transformationsExperience with SQL and SSISFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, XSD, SSRS, IIS, and SFTP; SSH is desirableAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsExperience working directly with customers and translating customer requirements into technical specificationsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesExperience leading customer technical projectsCulture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-throughAI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomesFuel performance and outcomes. Shifts ending between 12:00 AM IST and 07:00 AM IST are eligible for a night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
