Job Qualification

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
  • Sales Experience 3-5 years
  • Experience in Construction Engineering Segment
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Driving Skills

 

Job Description

  • Manage full year sales target of airside equipment.
  • Build relationship with targeted consultants, project management group and direct owners of developers.
  • Equipment selection and cost estimation of Chillers, AHUs for project biddings using selection software based on client’s requirement.
  • Project monitoring from spec-in to delivery, start-up, and testing & commissioning for the air conditioning equipment.
  • Attending pre-bid meetings and technical clarification meetings for the specifications of the proposed air conditioning equipment.
  • Conducting site inspection on the project’s building for more accurate costing of the required works for the delivery and positioning of heavy AC units.
  • Prepare cost estimates and bid documents by studying customer RFPs and consulting with project management and consultant.
  • Technical sales presentations to prospects consultants, project management group and direct developers to present the value proposition of the products.
  • Perform field walk-downs of proposed installation sites, inspecting facilities for potential issues.
  • Attend project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts, and coordinate delivery timelines.
