Job Description

Qualifications Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-related role, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong background in analyzing mechatronic and electronic assemblies. Solid understanding of quality and process engineering principles. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a structured and proactive approach. Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus. High level of autonomy and logical thinking. Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for customer complaints and ensure timely support. Analyze issues in mechatronic systems and document findings using SAP QM. Collaborate with production process managers and departments like R D and SQA to define corrective actions (immediate, medium, and long-term). Prepare and deliver detailed analysis and 8D reports to customers. Monitor and manage customer portals to ensure complaint resolution and communication.
