Project Manager

Responsibilities Develops and manages project budget, schedule and timeline Analysis of specifications for new variants implementation of new variants, changes and capacity increase of series products in coordination with cross-functional teams and customer Continuous improvement of products and processes Development and optimization of existing products and processes (molding, stamping, electronic, mechatronic, assembly) Support systematic cost reduction process (VAVE) Drive regular product cost improvements with support of the LCM core team Project risk management Support the transfer of production equipment First level technical support for support for other departments (e.g. Sales and Customer) Minimum Qualifications Degree in mechanical engineering, software and electrical engineering, mechatronics, preferably with knowledge in electronics manufacturing Experience in project management Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is an advantage Excellent communication skills Able to work under pressure with short deadlines Customer satisfaction oriented Time management and scheduling skills Able to coordinate interdisciplinary teams Able to manage and resolve conflicts
