Senior Project Manager

Qualifications Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineer with at least 3 years experience in leading industrial projects in a multicultural environment. Experience in Automotive/ Mechatronic industry will be an asset. Leadership and ability to lead international project teams. Common Sense problem solving skills (8D, QRQC) Work under pressure, Conflict resolution and excellent Communication skills are required. Customer relationship management skills. Languages: Fluency in oral and written English French are required. Software Tools skills (e.g. SAP, Agile, MS Office….) Responsibilities Lead programs in the project lifecycle Introduction of new product variants according to customer requirements. Lead Multi-cultural project teams and technical experts. Product Engineering Change Management. Lead Customer meetings. Creation of project schedules in compliance with customer milestones. Projects Budget planning and controlling. Lead product cost reduction workshops VA/VE. Coordinate troubleshooting related to product, process issues and customer complaints. Lead production capacity extension investments to align with customer forecast. Support Production relocation activities (Internal Suppliers) Regular project reporting to management. Evaluation of completed projects (Lessons Learned). Participate in continuous improvement workshops
