Job Description
Qualifications High university degree (5 years) in Finance (all desciplines) Very good English level Very good communication, negociator, and high skill of persuasion Fianancial and controlling background Experience between 2-5 years is recommanded Responsibilities Protecting the company against financial customer request aiming to minimize the damage (costs) based on technical deviations and for ensuring the claim process towards the supplier including: Estimating claim cost, developing schedules, providing status reports, conducting risk analysis (also for new products) and field evaluation, monitoring the progress of claim costs against budgets, defining and following up corrective actions taken in response to a complaint or claim Initiating, coordinating and managing international, cross-functional teams to resolve warranty claims. Providing technical, analytical, financial and legal guidance to the claim team. Cross-functional communication to resolve quality issues, reject claims raised by clients and charge on to suppliers. Drafting and handing required claim documentation, key performance indicators (KPI) and cost forecasts. Negotiating claims request and/or approving warranty contracts, letters of agreement, policies and other documents on customer and supplier side.
