Position Summary

NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to provide acquisition and contract support to the COR/ACOR, enabling effective contract execution, cost analysis, and program oversight for the program office.

Roles / Responsibilities

Acquisition & Contract Support

• Support IGCE, RFP, TAR, and ECP processes
• Conduct cost/price analysis and reporting
• Support CPARS and contract administration

Program Oversight Support

• Track financial metrics and program milestones
• Support invoice validation and contract closeout

Mandatory Qualifications

• · Bachelor’s Degree (business/technical field)
• · Minimum 4 years COR support experience in shipbuilding environment
• Knowledge of FAR, acquisition processes, DCMA/DCAA
