About the Role

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the end-to-end hiring process for academic positions at Sparks English — including Teacher, Teaching Assistant, and occasionally Native Teacher roles.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for Teacher, Teaching Assistant, and Native Teacher roles (sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offering).

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, communities, and referrals.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and English skills.

• Coordinate interviews with the Academic and HR teams.

• Assist in preparing offer letters and maintaining recruitment records.

📌 Requirements

• Student/fresh graduate from Psychology, HR, Education, Communications, or related fields.

• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Good English communication skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
