The Opportunity Medforth Global Healthcare Education (MGE) seeks a strategic and execution-oriented Vice President, Marketing Capabilities Transformation to modernize and scale the organization’s marketing infrastructure, technology, and operating model. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader will build and lead a Marketing Capabilities Center of Excellence responsible for marketing technology, digital platforms, automation, and AI-enabled engagement across the Medforth portfolio. This role will play a critical part in transforming marketing into a technology-enabled growth engine, ensuring prospective students can move seamlessly from inquiry to application through modern digital experiences and intelligent automation. A core priority will be implementing AI and agentic solutions that enhance the prospective student journey while reducing reliance on traditional digital enrollment application and call center models. Key Responsibilities Marketing Technology Leadership Define and execute the roadmap for Medforth’s marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, and digital experience platforms. AI-Driven Transformation Lead adoption of AI-powered engagement capabilities such as conversational agents, automated workflows, and predictive engagement models that enhance the prospective student experience. Marketing Capabilities Center of Excellence Build and lead a centralized team responsible for marketing operations, martech architecture, website infrastructure, and platform governance. Digital Experience Platforms Oversee the institutional web ecosystem and ensure digital channels function as high-performing enrollment platforms fully integrated with CRM and marketing systems. Enterprise Transformation Drive modernization through automation, scalable systems, and integrated data capabilities that support enrollment growth and operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Marketing, Admissions, Growth Strategy Analytics, and IT to ensure technology, data, and workflows align to support the full enrollment lifecycle. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a technology-savvy marketing leader and transformation architect with deep experience modernizing marketing organizations through data, automation, and AI. Key Qualifications 12+ years of leadership in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital transformation Experience implementing modern CRM, marketing automation, and digital engagement platforms (Salesforce ecosystem preferred) Demonstrated success deploying AI or automation solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency Proven ability to build scalable platforms, teams, and operating models in complex organizations Strong executive communication skills and ability to translate technical strategies into business impact Preferred Experience Experience in higher education, healthcare marketing, or enrollment marketing Experience implementing AI-driven student or customer engagement solutions The anticipated salary range for the role is $170,000 - $230,000 per year.
