- Analyze retail customer behavior and market trends through various data to understand customer need.
- Develop retail segment insights, sub – segment considering risk & return profile and perform competitive market analysis.
- Develop comprehensive retail segment strategies and objectives, considering accounting profit and Economic profit.
- Guide and drive the business, including Product and Channel management, to operate in alignment with the objectives and segment strategic direction.
- Develop segment performance targets and a KPI dashboard (e.g., segment penetration, Segment CSAT, segment growth, new segment share of wallet, market benchmark, target business with high-level KPIs).
- Communicate Segment strategy and KPI and insights to Product and Channel teams to align integrated Channel & Product experiences with segment strategy and facilitate segment-based insight as input for product strategy, design and sales and servicing decisions.
- Provide assistance in the publication of a variety of reports, both within and outside the bank.
