- Act as the central point for receiving requests, providing services, offering advice, and consulting corporate clients in a professional manner.
- Support sales management and corporate client relationship building by coordinating with internal support functions of the bank related to credit approval processes (both pre- and post-approval). This includes liaising with the credit operations team for client document handling or coordinating with branches to deliver services to clients.
- Execute approvals for client requests within the scope of delegated authority.
- Understand clients thoroughly in order to proactively provide excellent service, prepare to respond effectively to client needs, and identify opportunities to offer enhanced services or introduce new products (initial cross-selling).
