“You will sit at the heart of our Danish Supply Chain with a unique mandate to design the future end-to-end Fresh direct store delivery setup and the investment roadmap behind it. To strengthen this further, we are bringing production, warehousing and distribution together under one integrated, end-to-end responsibility per site and for the Danish market. How you will make an impact

Our operation connects our fresh production sites in Hobro, Christiansfeld and Slagelse with customers nationwide through four logistics terminals and an owned fleet delivering fresh products every day. In the coming years, we will optimise our network and enable it digitally — now within an integrated E2E Fresh DSD model that couples production, warehousing and distribution under unified ownership.

As Senior Strategy & Business Development Manager, you will

• Own and continuously refine the long-term strategic roadmap for the E2E Fresh DSD setup
• Lead structural network analyses and scenario modelling to guide logistics and productions capacity footprint
• Develop and drive high-impact business cases, including major capex and cost initiatives
• Establish and mature governance frameworks for strategy execution and follow-up, reducing handovers and decision latency
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Head of E2E Fresh DSD DK and the Danish Supply Chain Leadership Team
• Ensure tight alignment between logistics initiatives, the fresh production site cluster and the broader DK supply chain strategy in an E2E context
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects from concept to executive decision, balancing service, cost and capacity in real time

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, finance and operations — translating long-term ambition into actionable priorities and investment decisions within our integrated E2E model.

What will make you successful

We imagine you bring a Master’s degree and experience from strategy consulting, business development or supply chain strategy roles. You may come from logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, advisory or another analytical environment. This role requires seniority in thinking and stakeholder engagement.

You operate with clarity, structure and intellectual rigor, and you are comfortable engaging—and constructively challenging—senior stakeholders. You build credibility through insight and balanced judgment, maintaining momentum across complex, long-term transformation agendas. Above all, you value collaboration and understand that sustainable change is created across functions.

To succeed in this role, you likely

• Have strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Have a strong track record of driving complex strategic projects with executive visibility
• Are comfortable building business cases and working with financial models
• Can communicate complex topics clearly and confidently
• Thrive when collaborating across functions and aligning different perspectives — navigating matrix organisations and aligning diverse stakeholder groups
• Enjoy taking ownership and driving initiatives forward

Experience with logistics, integrated E2E supply chain models or network optimisation is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you bring strong strategic capabilities and are curious about logistics, we encourage you to apply.
