
Entry IT Supporter, Service Desk - Gdańsk
Job Description
Join Arla’s in-house Service Desk, where you'll play a crucial role in assisting our colleagues on the English line. In our team, you'll have plenty of chances to share your ideas and learn new things.
How you will make an impact
As part of our IT support team, you'll handle 1st and 1.5-level support, guiding users through issue resolution and ensuring smooth operation of systems and devices. You’ll troubleshoot remotely using SCCM, document requests in the ITSM tool, and collaborate with higher-level teams for complex issues. You'll also help identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end-user support and remote troubleshooting
- Prioritize and manage multiple tickets simultaneously
- Act as an escalation point for urgent IT incidents
- Suggest process improvements based on recurring issues
- Record and escalate unresolved problems using ITSM tools
What will make you successful
We're looking for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic support environment. Fluency in English and a good grasp of MS Office tools are essential.
Key qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office & OutlookStrong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Team player with the ability to prioritize and troubleshoot effectively
- Experience in Service Desk or Customer Support is a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, KCS, or Microsoft O365 is an advantage
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
