Senior Manager - Indirect Taxation

POSITION PURPOSE To lead indirect tax strategy and advisory for Essar Capital and its Indian entities, ensuring compliance with all applicable GST, customs, and other indirect tax laws. The role will also support transaction advisory, regulatory interface, litigation, and contribute to group-wide tax planning and structuring initiatives. The position acts as a subject matter expert on indirect taxation, enabling business teams to achieve commercial objectives while remaining compliant and cost-efficient.
