Job Description Position: Manager – Human Resources Function: HR Location: Mumbai
Role Overview The Manager – HR will be responsible for designing, executing, and sustaining HR initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, foster continuous learning, and build a strong talent pipeline for the organization. The incumbent would also be responsible for design and execution of BLP (Business Leadership Program), an entry level leadership program for Essar.
