Job Description

What will you do?

 

  • Carry out the set up of the cocktail bar, bar and restaurant.
  • Manage productions, orders, control of stocks of liquors and drinks in general, distillates and productions, bar supply.
  • Supervisethe order and cleanliness of the point of sale (restaurant, buffet, lounge, cafeteria or bar) to which he/she is assigned.
  • Welcome customers in the restaurant/cocktail bar and invite them to be seated.
  • Give advice on the different products available in the restaurant/bar, take orders and be able to adapt to different customer requests.
  • Set up/dismantle and clean the tables in the restaurants and in the hotel rooms used for events, congresses and all kinds of events, in accordance with the directives of the person in charge.
  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or bar service: setting up, cleaning and dismantling tables.
  • Know perfectly the menus and different products available at the hotel’s restaurant.
  • Ensure that the quality standards of the F&B department, referring to the Collection brand, are met and even exceeded.
