What will you do ?

 

As a On Call Bartender you will be a part of the ROOF – Bar & Lounge team, you will play a key role across all aspects, including serving customers and table service as well as making drinks at a high standard.

What are we looking for?

 

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Bartender in cocktails
• Strong knowledge of mixology including classic and creative cocktails, garnishes, and drink presentation
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively recommend and sell premium wines, cocktails and food items from the ROOF menu
• A team player with a positive attitude for collaboration
• Enthusiastic about learning new cocktails and developing skills to enhance performance
• Accountability in maintain inventory
