The role
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to deliver an incredible in-store experience for our athletes at our Brisbane DFO Factory House.
What your day to day will look like:
- Support the Store Manager in leading day to day store operations and driving performance
- Coach and develop the team to deliver strong sales results and a consistent customer experience
- Lead by example on the shop floor, setting the standard for service and brand representation
- Partner with VM to ensure the store is visually aligned to Under Armour standards
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across rostering, operations and in store processes
- Build strong product knowledge across the team to support confident selling
- Provide leadership support and help maintain smooth store operations in the Store Manager’s absence
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of driving sales results
- Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver a consistent, high quality in store experience
- Confident communicator who can engage, coach and influence a team
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Team oriented and aligned to Under Armour’s “Fight On Together” mindset
- Flexible availability to support the needs of the business, including weekends, late nights and peak trading periods
