Earnings during the peak season between 1,500 and 2,000 euros net Possibility of seasonal or year-round employment Additional rewards throughout the year – 600 euros net for employees living in destinations, child gift, vacation allowance, Valfresco gift voucher, Christmas bonus Hot meals, provided accommodation or rental allowance of your choice – “Roof Over Your Head” program Day off for parents of first graders, moving days, childbirth days Possibility of employment in Austria during the winter season Excellent opportunities for career development Access to educational materials 24/7 Family Friends discounts on accommodation in Valamar hotels or camps from Dubrovnik to Istria, as well as skiing in Austria 30% discount on food and beverages in Valamar restaurants and bars Discounts on services with over 300 partners (sports activities and excursions, wellness, online stores, opticians, hairdressers, flight tickets, transportation, banking benefits) REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma Two years of experience in housekeeping AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Participates in organizing and managing housekeeping according to business goals (revenue, costs, budget, KPIs) Participates in planning staff schedules and tracking working hours in housekeeping Participates in organizing, planning, and conducting daily and other internal staff training, as well as other educational programs for housekeeping staff Participates in controlling and monitoring housekeeping costs Participates in monitoring occupancy of accommodation units (via application) and maintains cleanliness of service areas Receives and hands over lost found items in accommodation and public areas Participates in preserving and unpreserving rooms and inventory during opening and closing of the property Maintains required cleanliness levels in housekeeping Participates in periodic and annual inventories of OSA, SI, linen, and consumables for the housekeeping department Knows and applies housekeeping SOP and suggests improvements Reports any malfunctioning equipment in guest rooms and public areas Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures
