Degree in Technical or Engineering discipline
More than 10 years of experience are required in

Process industry having technical insight preferably in oil refining or chemical industry.

Technical knowledge and experience of project management (in Project Director or Senior Project Manager role), particularly for large, complex projects.

Leading local and global matrix organizations, utilizing cross-functional networks to drive high-performance teams and have a deep understanding of how teams form, align, and operate.

Cultivating high-performing teams through coaching and effective delegation, while defining clear standards for excellence in project delivery. Proactive risk assurance and quality management, employing "what-if" thinking, cold-eye reviews, and the systematic application of Best Practices and Lessons learned from recent major projects.

Navigating extreme project complexity, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing constraints and develop structured, alternative routes for large-scale investments.

Project Controls (incl. cost, schedule, reporting and advanced change management processes)

Handover & PSSRs (Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews).

Ability to always act in a manner that represents Neste’s interest (e.g., courage to intervene and provide timely feedback and to handle challenging situations and negotiations).
