represent digital solutions’ requirements in the ERP renewal project as part of the digital solutions stream. You will bring up the process and capability needs from the perspective of our digital solutions to ensure great customer experience.
create instruction and training materials for internal teams, such as customer service and onboarding teams, about our digital solutions and how they integrate with the business processes.
define functional test cases, conduct hands-on testing of new features and document bugs to ensure high-quality releases.
work with data files to prepare for data migration.
be responsible for internal communications (eg. release communication, internal training sessions) when new functionalities are launched.
use data to enhance customer experience, boost usage of our channels, and improve reliability.
collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
participate actively in various development projects related to developing our digital channels and customer experience.
