Instill a personal safety culture within the team, promoting continuous care for the well-being of all personnel on site. Ensure adherence to all technical assurance and maintenance procedures.
Field Leadership & Troubleshooting: Manage the day-to-day operations in the field, including resource allocation, task assignment, and daily job discussions to execute scheduled jobs, break-ins, and special services according to Maintenance Work Process. Serve as the primary point of contact for frontline troubleshooting and immediate problem resolution.
Activity Management: Oversee the productivity and performance of all third-party contractors and service providers. Collaborate with Operations and Planners to prioritize new work orders, support continuous workflow, and ensure timely, on-budget execution of assigned maintenance activities.
