Job Brief:
The purpose of this role is to gather and document customer feedback and enter the obtained data into the system for further evaluation. Effectively inquire clients to obtain information regarding the quality of services provided, system behaviour & engagement with internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- large volumes of outbound calls promptly, following approved scripts while handling different topics.
- clarity of information/intel for identifying and analysing customer needs and concerns providing relevant solutions accordingly.
- strong verbal/communication and active listening skills. Having a customer-focused and adaptable nature (in terms of catering to different personality types) while dealing with them.
- compliance of SOP’s designed & communicated as per audit plan.
- Time management & working in pressure environment.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Graduations
- Location: Lahore
- Experience: 1 year of experience in customer services/call centre
- Good communication skills and problem solving
- Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
