Job Description
• Develop and implement the integrated internal and external communication plan for Rompetrol Downstream.
• Enhance the Rompetrol’ s voice and presence through online and offline channels.
• Ensure consistent messaging that reflects the company’s strategy, culture, and brand positioning.
• Create, write, edit, and publish high-quality content across internal and external channels.
• Plan and deliver events (celebrations, team activations, campaigns, roadshows, conferences, interviews cetc.) that boost employee morale and connection to the brand.
• Strengthen employee engagement and support organizational culture through targeted internal communication activities.
• Create clear, compelling, and culturally aligned content for internal platforms (intranet, newsletters, posters, digital boards, etc.).
• Monitor communication effectiveness and collect feedback to continuously improve employee outreach.
• Identify new communication channels and propose creative ideas to increase visibility and audience engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Retail, PR and other departments to align communication with business goals.
