QA Tester

What You Will Do

• Plan, prepare, execute, and document test activities across projects and change initiatives.
• Manage the full QA lifecycle, including defect management, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Create, maintain, and improve high-quality test artefacts using JIRA/Xray and Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of quality goals, risks, and results.
• Estimate testing efforts and support the evaluation of testing tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Apply test automation and AI-driven testing approaches to increase test coverage and quality.
• Work effectively in Agile and SAFe environments, adapting testing strategies to evolving requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities in parallel while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
