Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new installations, replacement, upgrading, maintenance and repair of all facilities.
- Manage the maintenance team to provide support and provide effective maintenance of the hub facilities.
- Monitor and control the stock level of equipment parts.
- Identify root causes of failure and define equipment functions and performance standards.
- Identify protective devices which are not fail-safe and identify failures, which threaten safety of the environment, affect operations, and entail the direct cost repair.
- Monthly utility meter reading of electricity, chill water, water supply to shop lot.
- Minor repairs of work such as painting work, toilet items etc.
- Respond promptly to facility related issues and requests, troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify any areas requiring repair or improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Co-ordinate, carry out, setting up and attend to major events / activities.
- Support the premises Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hub.
- Knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other mechanical components.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of M&E systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
- Coordinate with contractors for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
- Update maintenance records and assist in preparing reports.
- Support compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
- Provide technical support during audits and inspections.
- Night work may be required based on operational needs.
