Job Description
• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline from a recognised institution with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant WSH experience. • WSH Officer with valid certifications (e.g., WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH) preferred. • Prior experience in transport, infrastructure, or engineering-related sectors is an advantage. • Lead ISO 45001 Auditor Certifications Skills • Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) frameworks, including relevant Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice, and Singapore Standards, as well as familiarity with Environmental and Fire Safety requirements. • Proficient in WSH Risk Management processes, with practical experience in identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing effective control measures. • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, data analysis, and presentation purposes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across departments and hierarchical levels. • Strong leadership capabilities to influence safety behaviour, drive engagement, and foster a positive safety culture. • Sharp critical thinking and analytical skills for problem-solving, incident analysis, and decision-making. • Self-motivated, resourceful, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. • Effective time management and task prioritization in both routine and high-pressure situations. • Willingness to work outside normal office hours and/or during shift operations to conduct audits, inspections, or incident investigations as required.
