The Role
Pursuits & Submissions Advisor | Hybrid & flexible work environment
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Pursuits & Submissions Advisor to join our dynamic Brisbane-based team, supporting opportunities across the ANZ region and beyond.
You will lead end-to-end coordination of high-quality proposals and supporting materials, ensuring submissions are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest professional standards. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to support winning strategies and contribute to the overall success of the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality submissions, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute proactively to pursuit planning and winning work strategies, including partnering with pursuit leads to plan bid approach, win themes and value propositions
- Facilitate bid workshops and storyboarding sessions to shape responses and key message
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of compelling EOIs, proposals and submissions across ANZ and other regions as required
- Coordinate inputs from technical teams and stakeholders, keeping contributors on track and aligned to the submission plan
- Maintain and enhance standard proposal materials, including CVs, project sheets, and organisational content
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to the development of processes and templates to streamline bid delivery and lift quality
- Support the wider team to ensure submissions are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Manage client procurement portals and submission requirements as needed
About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in a similar corporate environment. You can confidently influence subject-matter experts, and love turning complex information into clear, client-focused writing. You thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities effectively, and bring a collaborative mindset to everything you do.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Marketing, Business, or related qualification preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience in bid coordination, submissions, or marketing roles
- Ability to produce high-quality proposals under tight deadlines, often with competing priorities
- Ability to understand client drivers and how to translate them into winning submissions
- Excellent written communication and editing skills, with clear, persuasive storytelling ability
- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational capabilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
