Job Description
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Achieve revenue, distribution, display, and by-the-glass targets set by the Regional General Sales Manager
- Drive strong brand presence and market penetration across both on-premise and off-premise channels
- Develop new volume opportunities through placements, promotions, and feature programs
- Manage and influence distributor partners to ensure strong execution against financial targets and KPIs
- Deliver sales training and brand education to distributor sales teams on market trends, category insights, and selling techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with key national, regional, and independent accounts
- Execute brand investment and promotional plans while evaluating ROI and performance
- Partner cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, trade marketing, and finance teams to drive growth initiatives
- Monitor market performance and ensure all activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead best-in-class market activation and execution across the assigned territory
- This role is fully field-based and requires 100% in-market presence, supporting distributor execution, customer engagement, and brand growth across the assigned territory
