This role will suit someone who wants responsibility early and thrives under load.
You’ll be able to demonstrate:
- 1–4 years’ experience in brand, marketing or consumer roles
- FMCG or consumer goods experience (strongly preferred)
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple streams
- Confidence owning work without constant direction
- Commercial curiosity - comfortable with budgets, performance and outcomes
- A proactive, can‑do mindset and resilience under pressure
Nice to have (not essential):
- Experience in wine, alcohol or regulated consumer categories
- Exposure to innovation, packaging or go‑to‑market projects
- Experience supporting budgets, forecasting or commercial processes
- Understanding of digital, social and content execution
