Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development of new wine and wine based products, including non traditional winemaking (e.g. low/no alcohol wines, flavoured variants, and functional beverages)
• Collect, prepare, and blend wine and grape juice samples to create product prototypes
• Support innovation and renovation projects across the business as required
• Prepare, label, organise, and dispatch wine and NPD samples for trials and tastings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Set up and assist with internal and external innovation tastings, including room preparation, materials, and samples
• Perform basic laboratory duties such as measuring, mixing, blending, and sample logging
• Support exploration of alternative ingredients (e.g. botanicals, natural extracts) and fermentation techniques
• Ensure all innovations comply with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards across key markets (EU, US, APAC)
• Work closely with Packaging, Brand, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure liquids align with brand values and go to market strategies
• Act as a technical support resource on other projects as required
• Actively seek and contribute new ideas aligned to innovation and continuous improvement strategies
