Job Description
You'll be responsible for:
RTD Customer Leadership
- Own senior RTD buyer relationships at Coles and Endeavour Drinks Group
- Lead all commercial negotiations across ranging, pricing, promotions, space and activation
- Translate Vinarchy’s RTD ambition into sustainable distribution, share and profitability outcomes
Category & Growth Development
- Identify and unlock RTD growth opportunities through range expansion, new formats and innovation
- Develop and deliver customer‑specific RTD plans aligned to Joint Business Plans
- Partner with Marketing and Category teams to turn shopper and consumer insight into compelling RTD propositions
Execution & Cross‑Functional Influence
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure availability, forecasting accuracy and launch execution
- Partner with Innovation teams to shape and land the RTD pipeline with retailers
- Collaborate with Finance / RGM on pricing architecture, margin delivery and promotional ROI
- Own RTD performance reporting and provide clear, commercial recommendations
Leadership, Visibility & Governance
- Act as the RTD subject‑matter lead internally, educating and influencing senior stakeholders
- Deliver against agreed revenue, volume, share and profitability targets
- Maintain strong commercial governance and alignment with Vinarchy sales standards
