Experience/Capability
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline

3+ years’ experience in customer, shopper or trade marketing, or related commercial or brand roles within FMCG, beverages or wine
-
Demonstrated experience delivering below‑the‑line activation and customer‑led initiatives
-
Experience managing agencies across POS, design and activation development
-
Strong stakeholder management capability across Sales, Marketing, Category/Insights and external partners
-
Strong commercial and channel acumen, with insight‑led planning capability
-
Proven project and process management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
-
Knowledge of responsible alcohol marketing standards and industry compliance
