Lead and coordinate complex ICT and B2B telecommunication projects across different delivery environments, combining traditional and modern approaches to select the most effective model for each initiative. This ensures projects are delivered efficiently and tailored to business needs.
Plan and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing structured, transparent, and predictable delivery that supports the company’s reliability and reputation.
Coordinate the work of 5 or more cross-functional teams, including internal IT teams, to support alignment, capacity planning, and manage dependencies, which is essential for smooth project execution.
Identify delivery risks, workflow obstacles, and resource constraints early, and proactively resolve them in close collaboration with technical, business, and vendor stakeholders.
Ensure effective synchronization between teams, suppliers, and internal units within a large, multinational organization.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear, confident, and proactive communication about progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
Prepare and deliver structured status reports and presentations in English, tailored to both operational and management audiences.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and delivery practices at both team and organizational levels, including knowledge sharing, workshops, and lessons learned.
