Initiate and lead the selection of devices for B2C and B2B including phones, accessories, CPEs, consumer related other hardware
Initiate and lead the marketing strategy for devices following and creating customer demand
Lead partner management, create win-win situations for both Yettel, end customers and vendors, represent Yettel as the face of device business
Maintain a transparent, compliant and sustainable partner management framework
Lead the strategy and execution of Yettel’s handset insurance business line. Negotiate with handset insurance partners, create the business and marketing plans for handset insurance.
Lead the strategy and execution of Yettel’s network security business line. Negotiate with vendors in the security field, create the business and marketing pland on security products, create profitable security products for customers
Lead the strategy and execution of ’Best place to enjoy devices’ strategic brand pillar, create and manage added value device services for customers. Create and manage the refurbished phones business line, trade-in programme, the buyback programme. Create a lifecycle tracking progamme for customer devices.
Monitor performance of devices, accessories and device related services, set and follow up KPIs of devices business
Oversee the end-to-end LTP planning process in coordination with Pricing, Controlling, Finances team
Bring future business opportunities to further grow the devices business line
Utilize data analytics and market research to gain insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to bring new devices and device services to Yettel
Coordinate activities across the organization, act as interstream agent, work collaboratively and coordinate cross functionally with other units
Drive revenues whilst building Yettel’s consideration and perception at the same time
Manage and develop the Terminal Management team to achieve better performance (on personal level and on revenue level as well). Make sure that members form a strong a team and work as oneteam all across Consumer Segment Department and Yettel
