Co-ordinate quarterly forecasting and annual budget process in conjunction with factory management and production planning.
Business partnering, development and financial evaluation for new investments projects in the plant (CAPEX)
Proactive pursuit, development and execution of key initiatives and Cost Improvement (CCI) programs.
Provide oversight and guidance on the development of new products, portfolio changes, repatriation programs in conjunction with NPD, planning and operations and provide insights to commercial teams in order to improve profitability
Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
Maintain and review SAP master data
As finance business partner take ownership of accounting issues relating to the site. Ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place and that the site is SOX compliant.
