If you are looking for new opportunities, and ready to join a high-skilled multicultural team, we are now looking for a Platform/Systems/DevOps Engineer to join our R&D Border Control product team in Madrid.
A week in the life of a DevOps Engineer
- You will be responsible for the evolution and implementation of improvements to the Software Platform of the BMS product, its deployment infrastructure and automation. Also, you will write the technical documentation related to these activities.
- You will implement new features and technical improvements for the automated provisioning and upgrade of fleets of Border Kiosks and eGates client workstations.
- You will contribute with maintenance and improvements to CI/CD pipelines based in GitLab
- You will be a team player in the Engineering agile team, working day to day with developers, QA engineers and the Product Owner.
About You
To succeed in this job, you must have at least 3 years of experience working with software systems and the following technical skills:
- Deployment of Microservices with Docker and Kubernetes
- Linux and Windows administration, including Shell scripting with Bash and PowerShell
- Networking basics
Previous knowledge or work experience in any of the following technologies will be valued:
- Ansible
- Elastic stack
- Virtualization
- Kafka
- PostgreSQL
