Lead Dining Server – Part-Time (PM & Weekend Lead)
Pay: $16.45/hourClassification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)Schedule: Part-Time | Evenings and weekends
Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional service, hospitality, and care. We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Lead Dining Server to support our Dining Services team.
This role combines hands-on service with team leadership, providing excellent table service while guiding and supporting other servers to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience.

What You’ll Do
Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests
Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and service
Guide and direct servers during service to ensure efficiency and consistency
Support team members in completing assigned duties and maintaining standards
Communicate goals, needs, and service flow throughout each shift
Assist with dining room setup, service execution, and closing procedures
Ensure adherence to sanitation, food safety, and service standards
Support completion of temperature logs, labeling, and cleanliness expectations
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive dining environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous serving experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred
Strong understanding of table service and dining etiquette
Ability to lead, coach, and support team members in real time
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently
Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within one month)
