What you will do on your journey with WebBeds.

As a Marketing Executive, you will execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns and digital activities that support WebBeds’ presence and partner engagement across the region. You will take ownership of campaign delivery across multiple channels, ensuring content is accurate, on brand, and delivered on time to support commercial objectives.

In this role, you will manage a mix of campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing activities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns, optimise performance, and maintain consistent brand standards across all touchpoints.

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign execution and multi-channel delivery: Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, webinars, landing pages, and print channels.

  • Campaign planning and coordination: Translate campaign briefs into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with commercial goals and KPIs.

  • Email marketing management: Coordinate end-to-end email campaigns, including content preparation, audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

  • Event and webinar support: Support the setup and execution of webinars, virtual events, roadshows, and partner activations.

  • Content development and management: Develop marketing content including newsletters, blog posts, sales materials, presentations, and promotional assets for internal and external audiences.

  • Brand consistency and quality control: Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with WebBeds brand guidelines.

  • Website and content management: Manage and update website content using CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, usability, and a strong user experience.

  • Social media management: Plan, create, and publish content across B2B social media channels, monitoring engagement and identifying performance opportunities.

  • Digital asset production: Support the creation of digital marketing assets, including visual content and campaign materials using design tools.

  • Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets.

  • Partner marketing coordination: Coordinate co-marketing activities with partners, ensuring accurate representation of partner and brand guidelines.

  • Event marketing support: Manage marketing deliverables for industry events, including invitations, promotional materials, and post-event communications.

  • Performance tracking and reporting: Track campaign performance metrics, analyse results, and contribute to marketing reports and insights.

  • Content and campaign management: Maintain structured content calendars, trackers, and reporting documents to ensure visibility and alignment across projects.

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B, travel, or hospitality environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in WordPress CMS, email marketing platforms, and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong digital marketing knowledge across email, social media, and web content.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and track campaign performance.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage relationships with stakeholders and partners.

  • Fluent English required, with Arabic considered an advantage.

  • Experience working with B2B clients, hotel partners, or tourism boards is beneficial.

  • Adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
