As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated B2B marketing programmes that drive commercial impact and strengthen WebBeds’ presence across the region. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to develop campaigns that align with business priorities and deliver measurable results.

In this role, you will own multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital performance, and partner marketing initiatives while acting as a key point of coordination across teams. You will use data, insights, and market intelligence to guide decision-making, enhance campaign effectiveness, and ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities

  • Marketing strategy and planning: Contribute to the development of regional marketing strategies, translating commercial priorities into integrated marketing plans across digital, content, events, and communications.

  • Campaign management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, webinars, landing pages, and print.

  • Campaign planning and optimisation: Define campaign roadmaps, manage timelines, and continuously optimise performance based on data and insights.

  • Content development and oversight: Develop and oversee marketing content including newsletters, blog posts, presentations, and partner communications to support campaigns and sales initiatives.

  • Digital marketing ownership: Own the regional digital marketing roadmap, including website performance, marketing automation, and digital campaign optimisation.

  • SEO strategy and execution: Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimisation, and performance tracking to drive organic growth.

  • Website and platform management: Oversee website and microsite performance, ensuring strong user experience, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.

  • Marketing automation: Manage and optimise automated marketing workflows to deliver timely and relevant communications to targeted audiences.

  • Paid and performance marketing: Plan and manage paid digital campaigns, including collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

  • Social media strategy: Define and oversee regional social media activity, ensuring consistent, engaging, and performance-driven content across platforms.

  • Partner marketing programmes: Build and manage co-marketing initiatives with partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.

  • Stakeholder collaboration: Act as a key marketing contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and effective campaign delivery.

  • Event marketing leadership: Lead marketing activities for industry events, trade shows, webinars, and partner activations.

  • Team coordination: Provide guidance and direction to junior team members, ensuring high-quality and aligned campaign execution.

  • Performance tracking and reporting: Own marketing performance reporting, analysing results across channels and presenting insights to stakeholders.

  • Brand governance: Ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all regional marketing activities.

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management and digital marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, marketing automation, web management, and paid media.

  • Proficiency in WordPress CMS, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.

  • Collaborative approach with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Fluent English required, with Arabic considered an advantage.

  • Experience in a B2B environment, ideally within travel, hospitality, or technology sectors.

  • Adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
