Onboarding Enablement Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Onboarding Enablement Specialist based in Poland.

This is a high-impact enablement role focused on shaping how new revenue team members successfully ramp and thrive from day one. You will design and continuously improve structured onboarding programs across multiple sales roles, ensuring every new hire has the knowledge, tools, and confidence to perform at a high level. A key part of your mission will be to create scalable, data-informed onboarding experiences that reduce ramp time and improve long-term performance. You will also act as a critical bridge between Revenue leadership, People teams, and enablement functions to ensure alignment and consistency. Beyond onboarding design, you will own tracking systems, performance insights, and coaching frameworks that help managers support their teams effectively. This role blends program ownership, operational excellence, and hands-on enablement delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
