Job Description
- Responsible for familiarization of cocktails and prices in order to insure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders. - Suggest and upsell cocktails. - Observe and anticipate guest’s needs in order to fill any additional requests or needs. - Serve tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by your supervisor. - Inform immediate supervisor if a critical supply or service situation should arise. - Responsible for side work assigned and any additional assigned daily tasks. - Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do the same. - Perform related duties as assigned. - Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive professional image. - Greet guests with a smile and a pleasant...
